Mr. Rosiak is a Vice President on the Fund Management team.
Prior to Commerce Street Capital, LLC, Mr. Rosiak held positions with NexGen Capital Partners, LLC, Performance Trust Capital Partners, LLC and Ocean Tomo, LLC. His previous experience includes raising capital from financial institutions for Small Business Investment Companies and being actively involved in a number of financial institution acquisitions.
Mr. Rosiak received a BS degree in Accountancy and a MS degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois and holds multiple securities licenses.
