Tina Schirle

Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Schirle is Chief Financial Officer for the Fund Management team. She is in the Support Services Division, responsible for financial reporting for all of the Private Equity and Credit Opportunities funds and their related entities. In addition, her duties consist of financial statement preparation and reporting to investors, monitoring and recording activity for each fund, cash management, and working with portfolio management and auditors to ensure proper accounting under FAS 157.

Prior to joining Commerce Street in 2008, Ms. Schirle was a consultant for the private equity and investment banking industry for seven years. She began her career in the audit division of Arthur Andersen supporting clients in the private equity and investment industry, as well as banking, manufacturing and healthcare.

Ms. Schirle has a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas and is a Certified Public Accountant.
