Bob Dalton is a Senior Vice President of Commerce Street Capital and has a track record of raising more than $115 million in capital since the beginning of 2006. He is responsible for advising and assisting a bank’s management team through all phases of a capital-raise. He works on-site with the bank’s management team and organizers.
Prior to joining Commerce Street Capital, Mr. Dalton held similar roles as Senior Vice President of SAMCO Capital Markets, Inc. and as a bank consultant for DeNovo Capital Group, Inc. in Atlanta, Ga. He also has an extensive background in sales and business development. As Vice President of Sales for the Southeast at Identify Software in Atlanta, Mr. Dalton built the region from the ground up, growing sales from zero to $8 million in 12 months. He was also Vice President of Sales for the Southeast at Novadigm, Inc., another software company, where he opened and established a presence in a 15-state region by recruiting sales professionals. In that role, he grew the pipeline from zero to $14 million.
Mr. Dalton earned a degree in computer science from the DeKalb Technical Institute and holds FINRA Series 62 and Series 63 securities licenses.
