Suzanne Bennett

Managing Director

Ms. Bennett joined Commerce Street Capital, LLC, as a Managing Director after spending eleven years with SAMCO Capital Markets, Inc. in the Structured Finance Division. Ms. Bennett is in charge of operations for Commerce Street Lending Partners, LP, a commercial real estate mortgage fund. She is Chief Operating Officer of CS Lending GP, LLC, and serves on the Investment Committee.

Ms. Bennett’s 35 years of investment banking experience has included professional positions with Comerica Bank, Banc One Capital Corporation (currently JPMorgan and its predecessor MBank), Rauscher Pierce Securities, currently RBC/Dain Rauscher; and Henry S. Miller Company.

During her career, she has completed numerous transactions for a variety of clients in the real estate and mortgage finance industry. Ms. Bennett was involved in the creation of and served as Compliance Officer for HSM Real Estate Securities Corporation. She was also a founding board member of the Association for Municipal Leasing & Finance, Washington, DC, and has served in volunteer roles for many non-profit organizations.
