Hugh Fagan, III

Senior Vice President

Hugh Fagan is a Senior Vice President of Commerce Street Capital, LLC, in the investment banking and bank development areas. In that capacity, he is responsible for the execution of various corporate finance and capital markets activities including mergers and acquisitions advisory, recapitalizations, private placements of both equity and debt, trust preferred issuance and fairness opinions. Mr. Fagan was in a similar role with SAMCO Capital Markets, Inc. prior to joining Commerce Street Capital. He previously spent three years as an associate in the Corporate Finance Group of First Southwest Company, an investment bank based in Dallas, Texas.

Mr. Fagan earned a BA in Economics from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
