Mr. Kingsriter is Vice President of investment banking and corporate finance for Commerce Street Capital, LLC. Mr. Kingsriter focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions and private placements for companies in a variety of industries and stages of development. In the last three years, he has initiated and carried out transactions in numerous industries, including financial services, energy, technology and manufacturing. Prior to joining Commerce Street Capital, Mr. Kingsriter was an Analyst with SAMCO Capital Markets, Inc., focusing on mergers and acquisitions, private placements and research for funds management.

Previously, he spent two years clerking for law firms in Dallas and has studied political science and international law at Oxford and Cambridge. Mr. Kingsriter earned a B.S. in Political Science from Southern Methodist University where he was a President’s Scholar, and a J.D. from the University of Richmond. He is a licensed attorney in the state of Texas and holds multiple securities licenses.
