Will Whitsitt is on the Bank Development team of Commerce Street Capital, LLC. In that capacity, he serves as an on-site consultant during the capitalization phase of de novo banks and secondary offerings for established community banks. Prior to joining Commerce Street Capital, Mr. Whitsitt was an Investment Banking Analyst and a member of the Bank Development team of SAMCO Capital Markets, Inc. He has helped raise over $90 million in new capital for de novo banks throughout the United States.
Mr. Whitsitt graduated from Texas Tech University with a BA in Finance. He holds FINRA Series 62 and Series 63 licenses.
