Annika is a Vice President for Commerce Street Capital. Prior to joining Commerce Street, Ms. Cail was with 24Q, a Dallas-based management consulting company, advising clients on financial, cultural, and talent aspects of human capital issues in corporate and private equity transactions. Annika focused on portfolio companies valued at $10-$50 million establishing a successful track record. Prior to her role with 24Q, Ms. Cail founded a boutique event production firm focused on go-to-market launches, corporate events and high profile clientele. Ms. Cail began her career with Frito Lay where she specialized in sales product portfolio integration during the Pepsi-Co Gatorade/Quaker Foods merger in North Texas. Later joining Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Ms. Cail managed a customer base which included large physician groups and institutions. She won numerous sales awards based on her revenue generation. Annika holds an honors B.A. from The University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Greg Mykytyn is Vice President with Commerce Street Peak Advisors. Mr. Mykytyn has over 18 years of experience working exclusively with 401(k), ESOP and profit sharing plans. He has worked as a Plan Sponsor and a Plan Consultant in both the public and private sectors. In the private sector, Mr. Mykytyn has worked for Fidelity Investments, Milliman and American National Bank of Texas in which he’s educated and consulted Plan Sponsors and plan participants on 401(k)/ESOP/Profit Sharing plans from start-ups to plans with up to $500 million in assets. At American National Bank of Texas, he started their 3(16) Fiduciary practice and grew the assets under management to $60 million in 3 years. While with the FDIC, he managed the government reporting process (5500 filing) along with annual non-discrimination testing on failed banks. He volunteers for local charitable organizations and is on the Board of Directors for Lee Park Conservancy. Mr. Mykytyn studied Finance and Political Science at the University of North Texas.
